Child injured in bicycle accident

    An 8-year-old Blaine County boy was flown by emergency helicopter to a Boise hospital after being struck by a car while riding his bicycle last week at a trailer court south of Ketchum.
   Blaine County Sheriff Gene Ramsey identified the boy as Brian Hernandez. He said the boy was taken to Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center following the accident on Friday, April 26, and “was released later that evening.”
   “They were concerned about internal injuries,” Ramsey said.
