"We're just trying to let people know, hey, we're back up and operating," he said. "All these Texas parks are back up."
And they're looking forward to a more prosperous summer.
"We have about 11 miles of mountain bike and hiking trails that you can walk on or run on," he said. "We also have paddle, boats, kayaks, canoes that you can rent out."
