Bicycle thief arrested in Mountain View

I'm pretty sure it's not "alleged" if he admits the crime.

Police said Ojeda admitted to stealing the expensive bicycle as well as smoking methamphetamine. He was subsequently arrested and booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail on suspicion of grand theft and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Mountain View police Sgt. Saul Jaeger said the arrest happened because a witness picked up the phone and called police.
